Masochistic Love

There are situations when one person suffers deeply within a relationship. Reasons for this suffering can be very different and depend on various things for all the relationships are individual and unique regarding their details and characteristic features.

Masochists let their partners manipulate them and their emotions easily, they gladly sacrifice their dearest most precious things for the sake of their partners who don't appreciate these sacrifices at all and even ridicule at them occasionally in a very cruel way.

Certainly, a person who allows his or her partner to make him suffer is masochistic in its essence, that's why in most cases he plays the role of martyr and sufferer and enjoys his or her uselessly wasted emotions and actions in some kind of wicked illogical way.

Although masochistic love is quite wrong and implies rather unhealthy moments, still not anyway is able to love a person in a totally selfless way. Maybe no one should even try to do it because in most cases all the sacrifices are not appreciated at all, on the contrary, all the feelings and strivings turn out to be wasted in vain.

There are people who simply do not appreciate anything good in life including good attitude to them, they are just not wired this way. We should be selective regarding giving our love to people and always take the fact that such people exist in consideration.

If we are with the wrong person, the person who enjoys making us suffer, the one who pushes us with his or her immense ability to manipulate, we must not allow these things to happen for it may easily lead to the masochist love.
